Program

How the Partner Program works

Channel partners apply once in Account Hub, get approved, then sell and operate under their tier. Technology partners (cloud, SI, product integrator / OEM) start with partners@ until dedicated hub types land.

Apply (channel)Technology intake
Early Access — program rolling out
  1. Step 1

    Apply (channel) or contact (technology)

Channel: create an Account Hub Partner workspace (VAR, MSP, or Distributor). Cloud / CSP Edition: inquire at /product/csp. Other technology (SI, product integrator): email [email protected] — hub types for those tracks are not in v1.

  2. Step 2

    Pending review

Athena ops reviews channel applications and technology inquiries. Channel workspaces stay pending until approved — no wholesale until active.

  3. Step 3

    Get approved

Ops activates channel partner workspaces and assigns an initial tier (typically Registered). Technology agreements are case-by-case during Early Access.

  4. Step 4

    Sell, integrate & operate

Channel: customers, wholesale when Authorized, resources, Studio. Technology: embed/hosting paths per agreement; Studio for delivery and ops where relevant.

Eligibility

Channel: VARs, MSPs, and distributors with a legitimate business identity. Choose a partner type at registration; Athena ops validates and activates the workspace. Wholesale Checkout and rate cards require Authorized (or higher) after approval.

Technology: cloud providers, system integrators, and product integrators / OEMs email [email protected]. Dedicated partner_type values for those tracks are not in ADR-0017 v1 — intake is email until the hub expands. If you also resell or manage fleets, use channel apply with the closest type.

What v1 does not include

  • Stripe Connect partner payouts or affiliate cash networks
  • White-label partner domains or GA marketplace listings
  • Public Lite amalgamation source SDK (OEM-under-agreement only)
  • Self-serve in-app deal registration (use partners@ for now)
